Rahul Bhutoria, Founder and Director of Valtrust Capital, brings over 17 years of professional experience in investment and advisory services. He has significantly contributed to Indcap, a boutique Investment Bank, with his expertise in concluding transactions exceeding INR 300 billion across India. His investment portfolio encompasses various sectors, including PIPE (Private Investment in Public Equity), early-stage ventures, and special situations.  

He also served as an investor and director in a healthcare venture in the UK, alongside one of India’s largest healthcare groups, which was successfully divested to a Private Equity firm. Prior to his tenure at Indcap, he worked with EY in their Corporate Finance Practice, focusing on Debt Advisory and Financial Restructuring. He has also gained valuable experience at PwC in their Financial Advisory practice.  

Rahul holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Purdue University, Indiana, USA, and has completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD, France.
